PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Transition Doula. Essex Junction, VT and virtually. October 2018 – the present. Work in-person and virtually with a small number of clients, as a transition doula -- trauma educator/ conversation facilitator, career coach, and end-of-life doula.

Systems Coach & Leadership Development Consultant. The Center for Curriculum Renewal LLC,. Essex Junction, VT. 1990 – the present. Systems Development and Leadership Coach working with administrators and teacher leaders in school districts and independent education companies in multiple states on systems of curriculum, instruction assessment, and trauma-responsive classrooms and schools.  Worked as a consultant to the Vermont Department of Education to write grants and serve as Project Director for three multi-year, state-wide projects.
