Judy Carr is a non-medical, trained educator, consultant, and companion who supports her clients through significant life transitions. Using evidence-based strategies and tools, Judy works alongside you — listening, sharing resources, asking good questions, and offering encouragement — so you can design the change you want with confidence.
Judy works in person with clients in S. Burlington, VT and virtually via Zoom or telephone with clients anywhere. She holds a Doctorate in Education and brings decades of experience in coaching, systems leadership, and trauma-informed care.
Her work spans four areas: career and retirement transitions, moving and downsizing, end-of-life preparation, and trauma education for professionals.
